Track is in primo shape.. Has been watered and rolled twice this week, and twice last week.    Should be a fun night of racing!

Concessions will also be open for those looking to get their Chili Dog fix..  Smiley

Yeah come on down and race, it's a lot of fun. It's a very laid back group compared to most races, everyone having fun with the Slash!

Pretty good turnout tonight - 21 total I think. 10 entries in the Slash spec class!  Cool We were split into two for the qualifying heats, then all 10 ran a full grid for the main. A lot of smashing, bashing, crashing, and slashing - I scraped by in 2nd place.

Chris you did a great job tonight and it was really good to see and talk with you.
I may be buying an associated T4 soon, I am tired of ballstuds breaking in the A main race!!!! Angry Angry Angry
Had a good time until then tonight and then I let out some steam, which I should not have done!! Grin

I know how you felt, I've been there. I threw the ZX5 off the track before out there, was going to step on it until I remembered I might be able to sell it Cheesy

You should consider getting in on the Slash spec class. Tough as nails and a lot of fun.

Anyway, good to see you again and I will catch you next time!

Well no new truck yet, as I have found another fix for this thing I am going to try.  I have replaced the rear camber links with the 1/8th scale ones from the Losi 8T.  They are a captured eyelet on the ends and nice and beefy parts, should hold up nicely!!! Cheesy Wink  I hope!!

Ok I'll post it up one last time in case anyone is interested! Slash racing is awesome out there, we had 12 entries in the class last night. Four people that came out for the first time and one that even bought his Slash on the way to the track. That guy was TQ by the way  Shocked  It's all about running clean, CRC's new layout is pretty tight and twisty and if you can get around without tangles you'll be passing someone.

Sure would be nice to see some of the group out there. That's the last time I'm going to bug you about it Wink
