Got the Savage dialed in, it's running awesome now. Still can't get the damn LST2 to run right... I dunno what's wrong with it...

Brewed 10G of homebrewed beer today (Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone and a hopped up amber ale from Seattle) and got the batteries charged for the Slash. Impressed the family with it yesterday though there's not much to it driving it back and forth on pavement. Need to swap springs and oil to keep it stable. Lil thing likes to flip ALOT.

Talked to a few different people about trading. I believe I have my slot cars traded for a mini e-revo if the guy will PM me back!

That's a sweet 1/16 if you get one. Sometimes I wish I had gotten one but I'm just going to swap the tires and body and do some chassis work to make them fit on my slash. Eventually I'll swap the suspension over if I get good ebay deals on it. Slash mini sucks in the grass. Bumping the springs up along with the shock weight to make it less of a roller though my 10 year old nephew got a kick out of it on Thanksgiving. There's a huge thread on rctech about the slash/e-revo etc. I'll send it over if you need it.

Got the Savage scrubbed down completely and put back together, along with sealing the backplate and carb. Also got the LST2 torn apart, cleaned up, greased up, motor sealed up, primer button deleted from the tank/sealed, and put back together. My fingers hurt... Damn little screws... Can't wait to fire the LST2 back up to see how it does. I hope I fixed the problem. It may be nasty tomorrow but I'm going to run it anyways. (At least on a clean area to make sure it's doing okay.)

I ran a bunch of errands today. I did get the chance to hit a bucket of balls at the range and I also finished up the electronics on a trail truck I'm building for my grandfather. It was a pretty productive day.

Picked up some lithium grease for the savage ring/pinion gears. Stared at the LST2 and shook my head...
Gotta go sometime after Christmas and get a new mid-speed screw for my K4.6 from Hobby Town.

Picked up a set of ProLine Titius 2.2" Beadlocks with Road Hawgs and converted the front half of the Slash to a Revo before running out of time. Note to self-tighten wheel nuts before taking it for a test run...
