I found us a track to bash at. My cousin lives in Beauford (not Beaufort)
It's BUFORD Chris & Lee, just to give you an idea. On the way to 40acre Rock there is a school approx. 5 minutes from where we park. Thats the old Buford high school. I pass it coming from my way. Ever been to 40 acre rock Josh? Did you feel bad about burning that guy on his LST2? Phenomenal deal from what it looks and sounds like.

Excuse me, "Buford" yes that's right. I lived about 10-15 minutes from 40 Acre Rock in Jefferson, SC. The exact location of the track is in "Tradesville" which is in the Buford area. I think if we could take a few shovels and a weed eater down there we would be set. The track has grown up a little but it could be easily knocked down.
I have absolutely no shame in the trade. The guy called me back today and told me everything was good, and even cleared up a few questions I had about the LST2 so I'm happy about that as well. Not to mention he told me he was happy with the trade as well.

No offense, that's great. Tom & I went in on a 3906 with extra esc, charger, & one other thing (cant remember) about a year & half ago. Guy had it listed on Craigslist for $150. Tom got an E-Maxx that looked like it had been run maybe twice in the guy's driveway for $100. I paid $50 and sold the extra's for $175.

Yeah, the older 3906 Emaxxes just aren't worth much even with major upgrades so when I was offered to trade I was quick to jump on it. I may be picking up a HPI Savage as well. Just depends on if the guy gets back to me soon and if I have the cash. Who can resist more trucks?!?

I'm enjoying the crap out of it. My family is liking it too!
Oh and P.S. Chris and Lee. I found us a track to bash at. My cousin lives in Beauford (not Beaufort) which is between Lancaster and Pageland on Hwy #9. He said we have free rein of the track whenever we want. It's a great track but could use a tiny bit of maintenance (mainly weeds). It's 99% clay dirt with slag rocks mixed in a bit. My truck was biting on it pretty hard yesterday and there are a few good jumps/bank and one big table-top jump. He's wanting one for Christmas so hopefully I can get him hooked on it with a cheap beginner truck.
That sounds cool. maybe next week while my family is here we can all get together for a bash down there.

Sweet! Also, if anyone runs across any nitro trucks for about 100-175ish lemme know. That is if this falls through.

Ran across a .25 version Savage with a K4.6 motor and I'm going to pick it up if I can come up with the cash before he sells it. I'm hoping I can snag it up quick.

Looks like it's in pretty good shape for the price. I have a X chassis roll bar and motor protector for you if it'll fit.

Definately interested! I still have to do the half-tank lean mod so it doesn't lean out. I may try mounting a T-Maxx tank or something else on it to remove that problem entirely. Also, I want to do the brake/throttle mod so I get better stopping power. Besides that, the truck is a wheelie monster and handles great with the 4 shocks and sway bars. I may possibly change over to LST shocks one day... Oh, and Lee... Chris told me you might have some yellow springs for the LST shocks and possibly some extra LST shocks. Just wondering... Other than that, the only thing I need are bumpers. It looks sorta bare without at least the front one.
