I bought some parts last winter and CB dropped me a killer set of LST shocks for my Bday, and I finally got some time to put it all together, so the Savage has gotten a little tougher...
Most of you have seen this version...
+ LST shocks (THANKS MAN!
), Innovative RC shock hardware, RC Solutions roll cage, Maximizer 3/4" offsets, Mashers....
Seems to be helping....

Thanks, for the help CB! So far so good, it's bashing well...
I haven't tried to pull the motor yet with the cage in place, you're suppose ot be able to, but that's the only drawback I could see. The performance pipe that came with the Xss kit was a tight fit, but other than that it fit like a glove. The LST shocks ROCK!. They look killer and work great, much beefier than the stockers. The next mod is switching all the turnbuckle hardware to HPI Hellfire hardware...
