I sent in a rx for repair or replacement over a month ago. I have made several calls and have sent several e-mails, left several messages and NOTHING

I finally sat on the phone this morning and waited on hold for over 1-1/2 hours with ZERO calls ahead of me

just to have them say that yes it was received and should be looked at soon

I have sent in RX's before and have had them back in-hand within 7days....

So I have concluded the the Spektrum service dept SUCKS!
